Something that people ask me all the time is “What’s the food like?” So I thought I’d put this together so that I can share it with you all in case it’s a question you have.
The food on the SlimPro Program is nothing fancy or exotic or expensive or difficult. In fact it’s just the opposite! Everything is available at your local supermarket.
If you want to lose weight you want the plan you’re following to be as easy as possible right? Especially if you’re cooking for the whole family. It’s really important you can pull your meals together in under 20 min where possible.
I know I don’t get home from work until after 6 o’clock and when the kids are waiting for their food, I fear for my life in the kitchen until dinner is ready. It’s scary!
I’ve even created a Gourmet Recipe e-book for you to make it as simple as I possibly can. A tip is to work through the entire book trying a different recipe every day until you figure out what your family likes and what they don’t. When I tried this on my family I was seriously surprised, specially with my youngest who thinks most food is disgusting unless it comes with golden arches on a box. Once he got over the suspicion of all this new food, he actually started to enjoy the new flavours that I had just stopped trying outside tacos and Mac n Cheese.
So the meal plan I’ve attached is pretty simple and I’ve tried to keep it quite varied but there are a couple of tips I’d suggest to get you when you’re getting started. I’ve used a variety of lunches and dinners but I personally usually cook enough of dinner to cover lunch for my husband and I the next day. As soon as it’s cooked and I’m serving to the plates, those portions go straight into the containers and into the fridge. That way they’re not sitting on the counter tempting me when I clear the table.
This meal plan combined with the SlimPro Drops is enough to get you to your kg goal FAST. You might lose some without the Drops so feel free to have a go but you’ll lose three times as much, TWICE as fast with the Drops so totally up to you.
