This July I had to say stop! No more, this has to stop. So I did.

No alcohol for a month. I did the Detox Cleanse the week before and started my SlimPro Weight Loss Program again. 

Now day 21 I'm 4.8kg down and totally on track for my 8.2kg goal back to my goal weight by day 40 of the Program.
