If you are doing breakfast as selection of:
- Fresh Prawn Cocktails: How To Peel And Devein Prawns By Gordon Ramsay
(try our super goes with everything dressing – 1 tbsp Olive Oil, 1 tab sweetener, 1 tsp soy, ¼ tsp sesame oil in a jar shake, let settle in the fridge, shake and serve)

- Cut some tomatoes with crowns and grill with a drizzle of olive oil, sea salt and cracked pepper: 4 amazing tomato decoration carving garnish!

If you’re doing lunch:
- Fresh fish fillets, throw them on the bbq in alfoil with some lemon, lime, sea salt and cracked pepper
- Ham straight from the bone sliced very thin with a coleslaw mix of cabbage, red onion, use hommus to dress (add salt and pepper to taste)
- Keep it easy with bbq chicken separating the limbs and slicing the breasts (stuffing goes to the kids or the dogs!)
- Throw some asparagus spears on the bbq for about a minute before your fish is finished brush with a little olive oil and add salt and pepper
- Free serve dishes of cauliflower, broccoli, steamed with brussel sprouts (perfect in the airfrier)

If you’re doing dinner:
- Roast turkey with roast vegetables: brussel sprouts, baby onions, garlic, asparagus (only for 10 min or so)
- Selection of steamed veges: cauliflower, broccoli, cabbage (cook your cabbage in apple cider vinegar) sprinkle all with salt and pepper
